Men’s Health Magazine did a comparison of powders, pills, bars, and drinks to real food. Though some seemed to be a clear cut comparisons (e.g. “Protein Bar vs. Beef Jerky”), others were a little far reaching, almost like comparing apples to… Red Bull?!? One of the more practical competitions was how water beats Gatorade on everything but taste. Just add some sugar and some yellow 6 to your water and it’d be a shutout.
